As of today, the new Automobili Lamborghini Media Website is online at http://media.lamborghini.com
The main new features of the site, which has a new look and updated graphics, are its ease of access from any PC, smartphone or tablet; a new, simple and precise navigation structure, which allows all contents to be viewed with a single click; and a search function which allows searches to be refined with customized parameters.
Text, photos and videos can be viewed in real time, shared on the main social networks, or downloaded. The videos, specifically, are available in standard versions both in PAL and NTSC formats as well as WEB and HD versions. The interior of the site has also been reorganized – it is divided into intuitive sections with the possibility to search for multimedia content (photos and videos) across all of them by using the “Multimedia Library” function. There are four main sections, which are in turn divided into subsections:
CORPORATE: This section provides information on everything about Lamborghini – news, history, management biographies, sustainability projects and events.
PRODUCT: This section offers detailed information on every model produced by Lamborghini from 1963 to the present day, listed by current models, limited editions, concepts, and historic models.
SQUADRA CORSE: The main news and results from the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo single-brand racing championship, divided into the three Europe, Asia and North America series, as well as an overview of the GT3 class championships.
COLLEZIONE AUTOMOBILI LAMBORGHINI: This section provides all the latest news on the House ofthe Raging Bull's fashion and accessories line.
The Home Page also provides direct access to Automobili Lamborghini's official website, with amonthly average of 1.5 million visitors, and our social network profiles, in particular our Facebook page, followed by over 6.5 million fans, and Twitter profile, with around 400,000 followers. On the occasion of the Geneva Motor Show, a live streaming feed of the press conference and world premiere unveiling of the Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 will be available at 8 a.m. on March 4th, while the videos and photos will be available for download on the media website.
This website is reserved for media professionals, representing the next step in Lamborghini's digital strategy.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, September 25, 2014 — Automobili Lamborghini has obtained certification from TÜV for its carbon fiber car repair service over the entire product range.
The certificate was presented today at the company's Sant'Agata Bolognese headquarters in the presence of the President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann, and the CEO of TÜV Italia, Ettore Favia.
This certification, achieved for the first time in the world within the automotive industry, recognizes Automobili Lamborghini's technological leadership in Research and Development in the field of composite materials.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, 25 February 2014 – Automobili Lamborghini will present its renewed Ad Personam program at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show – the personalization program which allows clients to create their own made-toorder Lamborghini. Currently available for the Aventador range, it will soon be extended to the Huracán.
The new options increase the ability to commission a new Lamborghini right down to the smallest details. Passenger compartment color combinations have been increased, with an expanded choice of leather and Alcantara® colors, as well as the range of colors for floormats and seatbelts. New dual-color exterior paint and livery possibilities are also offered.
Ad Personam boasts a range of new materials: from semi-aniline leather, among the highest quality leathers available on the market with its soft touch and natural look, to the most innovative and high-tech materials, such as Forged Composite, a Lamborghini patented carbon-fiber material offered for the hard top interior and exterior details of the Aventador.
The program also extends to the most extreme levels of personalization: from hand-stitched seat emblems and monograms inside the passenger compartment, right through to requests for custom colors, all while maintaining the manufacturer's strict quality and design standards.
Customers taking advantage of the Ad Personam program can also configure their vehicles directly at the Lamborghini plant in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, assisted by a dedicated specialist who ensures that the vehicle produced is not only unique, but fits in with the Lamborghini brand and traditions.
A concrete example of the infinite range of combinations offered by Ad Personam is the special Aventador Roadster displayed at the next Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle has a range of high customizations to both its interior and exterior: it is the first vehicle with Forged Composite inserts on the front spoiler, air intake, rear spoiler; and, in the interior, on the door sills, instrument cluster cover, infotainment controls and screen trim.
The mirrors and transparent engine hood details have been further personalized with the choice of a matt silver paint instead of black. Even the bodywork color is Ad Personam, a shimmering blue (Blue Sideris) matching the dual-color rims and the Forged Composite roof with blue highlights and special Y-shaped livery.
A further refinement for those visiting the Geneva Motor Show is the creation of the Ad Personam Studio. The Studio is a fully-functional and highly-exclusive design studio where customers are assisted in the process of creating their very own, made-to-order Lamborghini Aventador. The procedure of defining the new vehicle's specification is further aided by color and material samples and by a car configurator, which gives a preview of the result on the finished vehicle.

Track and Play is a product from Accessori Originali Automobili Lamborghini's sport range, developed by After Sales in collaboration with R&D. Track and Play is comprised of an App for iOS and a control unit on the super sports car. Once a smartphone is connected via WiFi to the central unit, the driver of a Lamborghini Aventador or Huracán can record their personal performance on track, using any of the many pre-uploaded tracks or a new track created by the driver. The App can collect and analyze all the telemetric data, synchronized with the video footage.

In the presence of Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., the new Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 has been presented officially to the Polish market. The event took place at the new showroom of Lamborghini Warsaw, situated in the city center of the polish capital and representing perfectly Lamborghini's visionary and pure style.
Lamborghini customers and VIPs, including politicians and guests from Warsaw's sports, business and arts sectors joined Automobili Lamborghini management at the presentation of the luxury super sports car Huracán, followed by a fashion show of Collezione Automobili Lamborghini.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, 17.02.2014 – Italian automaker Automobili Lamborghini has been awarded prestigious Top Employers Italia 2014 Certification, an honor bestowed by the Top Employers Institute each year on companies with excellent workplace environments and advanced policies for human resource management.
The Top Employers certification program is a process lasting about a year, during which companies with at least 250 employees in Italy or 2500 employees on an international level are vetted. Certification is granted only after a structured investigation and verification procedure in which five criteria are considered: salary policies, working conditions and benefits, training and professional growth, career opportunities and corporate culture. Only companies that attain the very high scores required by certification are recognized as Top Employers Companies and obtain the Quality Mark of Top Employers Certification.
Welfare in Lamborghini
Welfare programs at Lamborghini operate through a series of contractual and salary policies, and through projects whose purpose is to improve the quality of life during and outside of working hours. The goal is to advance a corporate culture based on quality, transparency and motivation.
The theme of work-life balance between private and professional life is given great consideration and regarded as basic to the well-being and motivation of staff. As a result, a large number of welfare programs have been developed that translate into real benefits for those who work at Lamborghini.
Working conditions are arranged to ensure the highest levels of safety in the workplace. In this regard, Lamborghini was the first company in Italy to receive the Italian President's Award during the National Forum on Health and Safety in the Workplace. This honor is complemented by a partnership in place with the Occupational Medicine Unit at the University of Bologna and with Sant'Orsola Malpighi Polyclinic in Bologna.
Another aspect that sets Lamborghini apart as a company of excellence in human resources is the importance attributed to training as an essential method of enhancing individual skills, to the development of talented workers through advanced programs, and to opportunities for international job rotation.
At present, Lamborghini has 1029 employees at its historic Sant'Agata Bolognese headquarters, a number that has grown by 61% over the past 10 years. 300 persons have been hired since 2011, particularly in the industrial and R&D fields, with an annual average of 30% women hired over the past three years. 2014 will be yet another year of investment in human resources, as additional employees are slated to be hired.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, – Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, and Stefano Domenicali, his successor from 15 March, gathered with the 1,300 Lamborghini employees in Sant'Agata Bolognese today with Rupert Stadler, CEO of AUDI AG, and Audi board members also present.
The outgoing president and Lamborghini's new leader shared legendary moments in Lamborghini's recent history with employees. Highlights included recent years marked by new records and great successes, while the SUV Urus as a third model will open new horizons in 2018.
Rupert Stadler, CEO of AUDI AG, declared: “The Lamborghini brand is a symbol of great emotion and unlimited passion. You find the same passion in Stephan Winkelmann's eleven successful years as leader of this company. He has been the president of the Lamborghini turnaround, and thanks to him the company doubled sales and the number of employees, and tripled sales volume and the dealership network. Stefano Domenicali now has all our trust and support to lead along the same path.”
Stephan Winkelmann added: “I'm glad I had the chance to discover such a great team and a unique environment. I sincerely thank all my colleagues, all of you. Together we made Lamborghini great.”
Stefano Domenicali concluded: “I embark on this important inheritance with great enthusiasm, and I believe that together we will continue to grow as successfully as in these last years. Ambitious projects and great expectations lie ahead of us, making Lamborghini even more competitive on international scale.”
At the end of his speech, Stefano Domenicali approached an employee in the audience and borrowed his jacket, the typical uniform in the assembly line, wearing it for the rest of the ceremony as people applauded to him.

The exclusive Lamborghini Magazine #15 from G+J Corporate Editors has won the BCP 2015 GOLD award by the Content Marketing Forum in Munich, 19 June 2015. The Lamborghini Magazine is published since 2005 and it is already considered a collector's item among Lamborghini owners, enthusiasts and VIPs. The magazine is up to now not on general sale, but sent to an exclusive readership chosen by Automobili Lamborghini. Available in English, German and Italian, it is 148 pages long and published twice a year.
The Lamborghini Magazine is marketed by one of the international leaders in the field, G+J Electronic Media Sales. Alongside conception and editing, G+J Corporate Editors also manages the magazine's translation, production and distribution.
The biannual customer magazine is an important tool in the marketing mix for Automobili Lamborghini and at the same time, the embodiment of its Italian DNA. The Lamborghini Magazine is known for the authenticity of its stories and product photo shoots. The car photo shoots from around the world tell vivid tales full of emotion, elegance and atmosphere. A former fitting Award has already been the Grand Award from the Mercury jury in New York in the “Car Enthusiasts” category for the first issue of Lamborghini Magazine penned by G+J Corporate Editors.
Staying true to the international nature of Automobili Lamborghini in 2014 and 2015, a range of Lamborghini models were taken out on the road to the USA, India, Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland and Spain. The editors of Lamborghini Magazine will also be off around the world in 2015 to create the most exciting stories. The next magazine, issue #16, has just been published.

Yesterday in Rome, Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, received the highest decoration in the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic, Knight Grand Cross.
The decoration, which follows that of Grand Officer received by Winkelmann in 2010, was awarded through the presidential “Motu Proprio” for the valued results achieved by Winkelmann as leader of one of the most important companies of Made in Italy.
“Receiving this prestigious decoration is a great recognition not only for me but above all for the whole of Lamborghini. It is the demonstration that an excellent product is made by excellent women and men, who believe in the value of innovation with passion and commitment. Italy should be proud of industrial jewels like ours and promote them even more actively. Examples of success such as that of Lamborghini can act as a guide for Italian industry as a whole” Stephan Winkelmann stated.
