The exclusive Lamborghini Magazine #15 from G+J Corporate Editors has won the BCP 2015 GOLD award by the Content Marketing Forum in Munich, 19 June 2015. The Lamborghini Magazine is published since 2005 and it is already considered a collector's item among Lamborghini owners, enthusiasts and VIPs. The magazine is up to now not on general sale, but sent to an exclusive readership chosen by Automobili Lamborghini. Available in English, German and Italian, it is 148 pages long and published twice a year.
The Lamborghini Magazine is marketed by one of the international leaders in the field, G+J Electronic Media Sales. Alongside conception and editing, G+J Corporate Editors also manages the magazine's translation, production and distribution.
The biannual customer magazine is an important tool in the marketing mix for Automobili Lamborghini and at the same time, the embodiment of its Italian DNA. The Lamborghini Magazine is known for the authenticity of its stories and product photo shoots. The car photo shoots from around the world tell vivid tales full of emotion, elegance and atmosphere. A former fitting Award has already been the Grand Award from the Mercury jury in New York in the “Car Enthusiasts” category for the first issue of Lamborghini Magazine penned by G+J Corporate Editors.
Staying true to the international nature of Automobili Lamborghini in 2014 and 2015, a range of Lamborghini models were taken out on the road to the USA, India, Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland and Spain. The editors of Lamborghini Magazine will also be off around the world in 2015 to create the most exciting stories. The next magazine, issue #16, has just been published.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, 25 February 2014 – Automobili Lamborghini will present its renewed Ad Personam program at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show – the personalization program which allows clients to create their own made-toorder Lamborghini. Currently available for the Aventador range, it will soon be extended to the Huracán.
The new options increase the ability to commission a new Lamborghini right down to the smallest details. Passenger compartment color combinations have been increased, with an expanded choice of leather and Alcantara® colors, as well as the range of colors for floormats and seatbelts. New dual-color exterior paint and livery possibilities are also offered.
Ad Personam boasts a range of new materials: from semi-aniline leather, among the highest quality leathers available on the market with its soft touch and natural look, to the most innovative and high-tech materials, such as Forged Composite, a Lamborghini patented carbon-fiber material offered for the hard top interior and exterior details of the Aventador.
The program also extends to the most extreme levels of personalization: from hand-stitched seat emblems and monograms inside the passenger compartment, right through to requests for custom colors, all while maintaining the manufacturer's strict quality and design standards.
Customers taking advantage of the Ad Personam program can also configure their vehicles directly at the Lamborghini plant in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, assisted by a dedicated specialist who ensures that the vehicle produced is not only unique, but fits in with the Lamborghini brand and traditions.
A concrete example of the infinite range of combinations offered by Ad Personam is the special Aventador Roadster displayed at the next Geneva Motor Show. The vehicle has a range of high customizations to both its interior and exterior: it is the first vehicle with Forged Composite inserts on the front spoiler, air intake, rear spoiler; and, in the interior, on the door sills, instrument cluster cover, infotainment controls and screen trim.
The mirrors and transparent engine hood details have been further personalized with the choice of a matt silver paint instead of black. Even the bodywork color is Ad Personam, a shimmering blue (Blue Sideris) matching the dual-color rims and the Forged Composite roof with blue highlights and special Y-shaped livery.
A further refinement for those visiting the Geneva Motor Show is the creation of the Ad Personam Studio. The Studio is a fully-functional and highly-exclusive design studio where customers are assisted in the process of creating their very own, made-to-order Lamborghini Aventador. The procedure of defining the new vehicle's specification is further aided by color and material samples and by a car configurator, which gives a preview of the result on the finished vehicle.

Lamborghini prepares for a new era
Automobili Lamborghini announces a luxury SUV as a third model to join its product range. The market introduction of the series model is planned for 2018. A concept of the car was first presented as the Lamborghini Urus in 2012 at the Beijing Auto Show.
The new vehicle will be produced in Sant'Agata Bolognese and will herald additional growth and significant opportunities across the marque with the expansion of the product range. It will also determine a substantial increase in the production capacity of the factory. Over the lifecycle of the new vehicle the company will invest hundreds of millions of Euros.
The project will be realized due to the joint commitment of several parties involved, including Volkswagen Group with AUDI AG as Lamborghini shareholder, the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, Invitalia (Italian national agency for inward investments and economic development), Emilia Romagna Region, the Union Representatives and the entire Automobili Lamborghini team.
Automobili Lamborghini President and CEO Stephan Winkelmann declares: “This is a proud moment for everybody in Lamborghini. The introduction of a third model line endorses the stable and sustainable growth of the company and signifies for us the beginning of a new era.”
He adds: “The new SUV will be made in Sant'Agata Bolognese, demonstrating our committment to safeguarding the values of 'Made in Italy' worldwide.”
Production of the new Lamborghini SUV in Sant'Agata Bolognese will see significant development of the factory site, increasing from the current 80,000 square meters to an area covering ca. 150,000 square meters. The project will include the construction of the new facilities, such as a new production line, warehousing and enlargement of the R&D department. The addition of a third model line will also provide important opportunities for the supplier network in Italy and internationally, and have a strong impact on human resources: Lamborghini intends to hire 500 new employees.

In 2015 Automobili Lamborghini set another sales record in its history. With 3,245 cars delivered to customers the company surpassed the 3,000 units mark for the first time, achieving a new milestone not only for sales, but also for brand and product.
“In 2015 Lamborghini delivered an exceptional sales performance and new records in all key business figures*, confirming the strength of our brand, product and commercial strategy. With the introduction of several new models in 2015 and a solid order bank we are well prepared for the year 2016,” said Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.
With 135 dealers serving 50 countries, worldwide deliveries to customers increased from 2,530 to 3,245 units in 2015. This represents a sales growth of 28% compared to the previous year and 2.5 times the sales of the year 2010.
“We increased sales in all our major regions with new sales records in America and Asia Pacific,” continued Winkelmann. “Our biggest markets are the USA and Greater China. They are followed by Japan, UK, the Middle East and Germany, each of them registering considerable growth in 2015.”
Lamborghini is a global brand and sales distribution is well-balanced among the three regions: EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), America and Asia Pacific, which each account for approximately one third of global sales.
Thanks to the ten-cylinder Huracán LP 610-4 model, the year 2015 has been the most successful yet in Lamborghini's history for V10 sales. In its first year of full availability 2,242 units of the Lamborghini Huracán were delivered to customers. Sales figures of the Huracán in the first 18 months after market introduction were up by 70% compared to its predecessor, the Gallardo, in the same period after market launch.

Lamborghini will participate at the 24 hours run organized by Audi at 9th and 10th of May 2015. For this marathon, each of the 200 international teams has to undertake the 2,53 kilometre track through the Audi plant for 24 hours. The winner is not the fastest marathon runner, but the team which collects the most rounds. For each completed round by the participants, Audi donates a certain amount to social institutions.
The Lamborghini team will make this 24 hours run with 20 members.
The team is not only very well prepared but also well equipped for the first time with the X-BIONIC® for Automobili Lamborghini functional sportswear.
The patented, climate regulating technology of X-BIONIC® will help the team to increase its performance.
The countdown is running and Automobili Lamborghini is crossing its fingers for its team in order to achieve a maximum of rounds and so to maximize the amount for donation.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, 17.02.2014 – Italian automaker Automobili Lamborghini has been awarded prestigious Top Employers Italia 2014 Certification, an honor bestowed by the Top Employers Institute each year on companies with excellent workplace environments and advanced policies for human resource management.
The Top Employers certification program is a process lasting about a year, during which companies with at least 250 employees in Italy or 2500 employees on an international level are vetted. Certification is granted only after a structured investigation and verification procedure in which five criteria are considered: salary policies, working conditions and benefits, training and professional growth, career opportunities and corporate culture. Only companies that attain the very high scores required by certification are recognized as Top Employers Companies and obtain the Quality Mark of Top Employers Certification.
Welfare in Lamborghini
Welfare programs at Lamborghini operate through a series of contractual and salary policies, and through projects whose purpose is to improve the quality of life during and outside of working hours. The goal is to advance a corporate culture based on quality, transparency and motivation.
The theme of work-life balance between private and professional life is given great consideration and regarded as basic to the well-being and motivation of staff. As a result, a large number of welfare programs have been developed that translate into real benefits for those who work at Lamborghini.
Working conditions are arranged to ensure the highest levels of safety in the workplace. In this regard, Lamborghini was the first company in Italy to receive the Italian President's Award during the National Forum on Health and Safety in the Workplace. This honor is complemented by a partnership in place with the Occupational Medicine Unit at the University of Bologna and with Sant'Orsola Malpighi Polyclinic in Bologna.
Another aspect that sets Lamborghini apart as a company of excellence in human resources is the importance attributed to training as an essential method of enhancing individual skills, to the development of talented workers through advanced programs, and to opportunities for international job rotation.

The new department includes the brand's historical archives, the vehicle restoration center, vehicle certification, and guarantees the availability ofn umerous genuine spare parts for all historical Lamborghini models.

Automobili Lamborghini continues with the expansion of its sales network, inaugurating four new dealerships in three continents over the last few days: In Europe in Pangbourne (Great Britain); in Asia in New Delhi (India) and Aoyama (Japan); and in North America in Vancouver (Canada).
With the openings in recent days, Lamborghini now has a presence in 45 countries, with 124 dealerships overall. The 2013 sales network development strategy has focused on enlargement, renewal and reorganization of Lamborghini sales locations in the European market, which today represents around a third of the company's total sales.
The end-of-year objective is to further reinforce the Raging Bull's market presence with the opening of six further new dealerships, in Eastern Europe particularly, bringing the worldwide total to 130.
The showrooms inaugurated in the last few days will host Lamborghini's current line-up, from the Gallardo range including the latest Gallardo LP 570-4 Squadra Corse presented at the recent Frankfurt Motor Show, to the most exclusive V12 models, the Aventador LP 700-4 Coupé and Roadster.

Lamborghini and Ducati, the two Audi subsidiaries, have celebrated a milestone with their joint social project “Dual Education System Italy” (DESI), which has been created in cooperation with the Volkswagen Workforce Foundation, the Italian Ministry for Teaching, Universities and Research, and the Emilia Romagna Region. Following the first component of education in a college, the young participants, largely from socially disadvantaged families, are now starting their practical training. For this purpose, Lamborghini and Ducati have set up modern training centers in their plants.
Since September 2014, the two companies have been developing a new process for education and training in Italy, based on the German system. In cooperation with the two colleges Fioravanti Belluzzi and Aldini Valeriani in Bologna, the companies have established a two-year-joint education and training plan for 48 young people, in order to establish a dual concept between college and company.The program is primarily aimed at socially disadvantaged young people. At the start of the first practical phase at the Ducati and Lamborghini plants, the Board of Management Member for Human Resources at AUDI AG, Thomas Sigi, and the Board of Management Member for Sales and Marketing at AUDI AG, Luca de Meo, visited the new classrooms in Italy. At the inauguration the italian Minister for Teaching, Universities andResearch, Stefania Giannini, the President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini,Stephan Winkelmann, and the CEO of Ducati Motor Holding, ClaudioDomenicali, were present.

Sant'Agata Bolognese, 6 June 2013 – The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 achieved an important milestone in its history, with the 2,000th vehicle produced. The Nero Nemesis car, chassis number 2,000, rolled off the assembly line destined for the United States.
Its owner, Thaddeus Arroyo, Chief Intelligence Officer for AT&T, is a highly ranked U.S. executive and a passionate Lamborghini customer, who already owns a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder.
Following a test drive of the Aventador LP 700-4 during a Lamborghini event in Palm Beach, he was immediately impressed by the extraordinary performance of the car to the point that he decided to purchase it.
The Sant' Agata Bolognese plant's productivity has noticeably increased for the Aventador LP 700-4 compared to the previous flagship model: Murcielago took four years and half before the 2,000th example rolled off the assembly line. Launched in 2001, the Murcielago reached the 2,000-vehicle milestone in March 2006. The Aventador has reached this milestone in just over two years, with production currently of nearly five cars per day.
In 2013 the Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster, the most extraordinary open top super sports car, joined the successful coupe. Initial pre-order expectations for this model have been exceeded and the order bank for both versions covers more than one year.
