Beth A. Rose

Beth Rose has been an attorney at Ford Motor Company since graduating from Wayne State University Law School in 1995. Throughout her career with Ford, she has managed various aspects of the Company’s litigation.

Rose previously served as assistant General Counsel with responsibility for the Product Litigation Group, comprised of the Product Litigation, Asbestos and Discovery teams. In 2019, Rose became Chief Compliance, Ethics, and Integrity Officer.

In addition to a juris doctorate, Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. She is actively involved in pro bono, community service, and mentoring projects. Rose is married and has two daughters.

Beth Mooney

Beth E. Mooney was elected to the Ford Motor Company board of directors in 2019. She serves on the Audit and Nominating & Governance committees.

Mooney has more than 35 years of experience in retail banking, commercial lending and real estate financing.

She has served as chairman and chief executive officer of KeyCorp since May 2011. Mooney joined the company in April 2006 as vice chair of Key Community Bank, and in 2010 was elected to KeyCorp board of directors.

Previously, Mooney was senior executive vice president and chief financial officer at Alabama-based AmSouth Bancorporation (now Regions Financial Corp.) and held senior positions at Bank One Corp., Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., Hall Financial Group, and Republic Bank of Texas/First Republic.

Mooney is the board chair of Cleveland Clinic, and serves on the boards of Catalyst, a global nonprofit organization that helps accelerate workplace progress for wome..
