British Grand Prix will see Aston Martin Red Bull Racing cars running with special 007-inspired livery

11 July 2019, Silverstone, UK: One of the most enduring movie partnerships will be in the spotlight this weekend when Aston Martin Lagonda and EON Productions, the company that produces the James Bond films, celebrate the 1,007th Formula 1 Grand Prix, which takes place at Silverstone.
The British Grand Prix is the home race for the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team, so it is fitting that the race falls on a number forever associated with James Bond.
The two Aston Martin Red Bull Racing F1TM cars will feature the iconic 007 logo and Bond number plates on the back of their rear wings. One of the most quintessentially British events in the summer calendar, Henley Royal Regatta attracts thousands of visitors every year to one of the most prestigious events in rowing.
Delighted to be a partner of the regatta for the third consecutive year, Aston Martin is featuring the DB11 Volante throughout the event. Skilled craftsmen from Vaughtons, the makers of Aston Martin badges, will be on-hand to demonstrate how the iconic wings are formed from a single piece of sheet metal into a glorious enamelled and chrome plated badge.
