Aston Martin Residences, a G&G luxury residential development, starts to rise into the Miami skyline

5 August 2019, Miami, FL: Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami has begun its ascent into the Miami skyline after completing the vital foundation works. When it is completed in 2022, the highly-anticipated luxury residential tower in Downtown Miami, created by G&G Business Developments, will become the tallest residential building south of New York City.
The new development broke ground in late 2017 and since then the painstaking work of creating the foundations for the 818-foot condominium tower has taken place. On June 30th 2019, a huge concrete pour was completed, distributing the 14,000 cubic yards of concrete that would create the necessary base to sustain the 66-storey tower.

Anthony F. Earley, Jr.

Anthony F. Earley Jr. was elected to the Ford Motor Company board of directors in 2009. He serves on the nominating and governance committee and the sustainability and innovation committee, and as chair of the compensation committee. Mr. Earley serves as the board’s lead independent director.

Earley is the executive chairman of PG&E Corporation, as of March 2017. Beginning in 2011, he served as the chairman, chief executive officer and president of PG&E Corporation.

Previously, beginning in 2010, he was executive chairman of DTE Energy, having served as chairman and chief executive officer of the organization since 1998. Earley joined DTE Energy in 1994 as president and chief operating officer.

Monazza Khan is appointed regional director, Office of the General Counsel, Ford of Europe, effective Aug. 1, 2019.

In this role, Khan is responsible for Ford legal affairs across Europe. She reports to Stuart Rowley, president, Ford of Europe, and John Harris, assistant general counsel, Ford Motor Company.

Previously, Khan served as managing counsel for Ford in the U.K. beginning in 2016. She was responsible for coordinating legal affairs for the U.K. and a number of other European countries, plus the legal aspects of other key business areas, including European distribution issues, reset and redesign, mobility, transactions, business alliances and joint ventures.

Prior to that, Khan held a number of positions in Ford’s European and U.K. legal departments, handling real estate, environmental, HR and commercial matters.
