Tom Schneider has been appointed to the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Bank AG with effect from January 1, 2021. He will succeed Andreas Berndt, the Board of Management member for Operations, who is taking on the position of Head of Global Credit Risk Management at Daimler Mobility AG. Andree Ohmstedt, the Board of Management member for Finance and Controlling, will retire on April 1, 2021. Christina Schenck will take over as Head of Finance and Controlling on January 1, 2021.
