Der Aufsichtsrat der Grammer AG hat heute Herrn Thorsten Seehars zum neuen Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO) der Gesellschaft mit Wirkung zum 1. August 2019 für die Dauer von drei Jahren bestellt.
Thorsten Seehars (46) tritt die Nachfolge des langjährigen Vorstandsvorsitzenden Hartmut Müller an, der zum 31. Dezember 2018 aus dem Unternehmen ausgeschieden ist. Derzeit ist Thorsten Seehars Mitglied der Geschäftsführung der Knorr-Bremse Systeme für Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH.
Das Vorstandsmitglied Manfred Pretscher wird die Position des CEO weiterhin interimistisch bis zum 31. Juli 2019 fortführen und dann planmäßig zum 31. August 2019 aus dem Vorstand der Grammer AG ausscheiden.
