Dortmund wins in Freiburg, Augsburg in Bochum, Cologne scores in Leipzig – okay, a football tipster has to have something like that on his or her slip of paper, but real surprises read differently. Nevertheless: Only 19 points are enough to win the day in our betting game on this second matchday of the Bundesliga, and “Gansbach” was the only one to get it. What was going on?
It’s simple: Five games didn’t find a winner, and our community has always struggled with drawing predictions. “Gansbach”, on the other hand, managed this quite well. He was correct in four out of five draws, he even guessed the result between Hertha BSC and Frankfurt with accuracy. In addition, Bayern’s habitual victory over Wolfsburg, the equally unsurprising success of Hoffenheim over Bochum – our day’s winner actually only showed such a good nose when BVB was not foreseeable away from home.
