@Groupe PSA: OP For the love of the Corsa000429

You can rely on the Opel family. A day before their long-planned Corsa meeting, Justin Catrin Kussin canceled the third-generation Corsa owner. Without him, the planned family photo would not have been complete. Because for the 40th birthday of the bestseller from Rüsselsheim, the 29-year-old wanted to unite all six generations for a shoot. The passionate photographer made all wires glow – and indeed: she found an enthusiastic Opel driver who spontaneously agreed to drive her Corsa C for two and a half hours to the landscape park in Duisburg the next day.

Punctually at 1 p.m. they stood in line on the former colliery site: Six generations of Opel Corsa – from A to F. The Corsa D even arrived in duplicate. And Justin Catrin Kussin was allowed to live out her creativity, which Opel inspires her like no other brand. The models from six generations were sometimes positioned in a semicircle, sometimes in a fan shape. Sometimes in a row, sometimes just focused on the headlights. The result was great shots of the bestseller.

The middle generations: Guido Lohn was there with his red Corsa E, the blue coupé-like three-door from the fourth generation belongs to Joanna Markowski.

The one with the curves: The second generation is the one with the softest lines. The bright green Kadett rims, which owner Shona Nichols raised, stand in beautiful contrast to this.

Extra travel: Stephanie Bösel spared no effort and came to the photo shoot with her Corsa C at short notice to complete the six generations.

Popular gear train: The cross-spoke wheels of the Kadett special model “Champion” also turn in the wheel arches of the Corsa A, which Michael Hagenau refined himself.

Reminiscence: The beautiful checked pattern of the seats in the Corsa A Swing not only adorns Opel socks, it also served as a template for the fabric in the limited special model “Corsa 40”.

Generation meeting: The fourth generation Corsa was represented twice. The deep black model by André Böckle can be seen here on the left.

From the beginning to today: Janika Schneider contributed the current Corsa, which is posing here together with the very first of its kind.

Further meetings are already being planned
In between, of course, there were intensive discussions about petrol, and in some cases decades of Corsa experiences and experiences were exchanged. “Before we met, we didn’t know each other at all,” says Justin Catrin Kussin. “But a short time later, the feeling of being part of a big family set in.” The rest of the day went so smoothly that the group would like to meet again soon the photographer already firmly planned: It will probably take place in May next year.

With the focus on the headlights: The perspective is led by the Corsa “Number 6”, which drives up with matrix light.
