Ten million children in Pakistan are in need of immediate, lifesaving support after extreme flooding. This is one of the worst disasters in Pakistan’s history; join us in supporting the children and families who need it most. Your contribution will go towards shelters, much-needed food items, and temporary education that also offer mental health support. Here’s how you can help:
Support the affected communities by selecting ‘Pakistan Relief’ in the ‘Donations’ tile, and enter the amount you wish to donate.
Choose the “Pakistan relief” car type on the Careem app (similar to how you select any other car), and an extra AED 3 will go to UNICEF’s relief fund.
Order food from The Good Bowl, Manoushe Street, Palestinian Bakery and more as they will be donating AED 5 on every order until October 26th, 2022.
Careem has also partnered with Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD) and our Colleagues are donating non-monetary goods like blankets and non-perishable food items to the affected communities in Pakistan.
Careem will also be supporting 160 Captains and their families that have been affected by the flooding. These Captains and their families have Careem as a main source of income, and are based in Pakistan, Qatar, or UAE.
