ACI protagonist of the International Conference on the CAF method for the P.A.

The Department of Public Administration and the CAF Formez Resource Center choose the Automobile Club of Italy as the best Italian practice of excellence

The Automobile Club of Italy was a great protagonist at the EU CAF Users conference, just concluded in Prague and dedicated to the CAF method (Common Assessment Framework – Common evaluation grid), defined at European level, in the context of collaboration between public Administrations, for the management of total quality.

The Department of Public Function and the CAF Formez Resource Center have identified ACI as the Italian best practice to be illustrated on the international stage, rewarding the uniqueness and innovativeness of the CAF methodology adopted, to the benefit of the other public realities of the European Union. .

In particular, the experience of the ACI Territorial Directorate of L’Aquila was appreciated which, in synergy with the ACI structures of Chieti, Pescara and Teramo, has perfected the joint and effective implementation of a single improvement plan.

This important international recognition rewards ACI’s ten-year collaboration with the Department of Public Function (CAF National Resource Center) and with EIPA – European Institute of Public Administration (CAF European Resource Center), aimed at disseminating the CAF model of excellence and the European CEF procedure (CAF External Feedback).

To date, there are already 36 CEF certified ACI territorial offices.
