Changes Impact Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Financial Services
PLANO, Texas (Jan. 12, 2023) – Toyota North America today announced executive changes to Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) and Toyota Financial Services (TFS), in support of TNA’s mobility strategy.
The following changes are effective January 2023, unless otherwise noted.
Toyota Motor North America Executive Changes
Promotions:
- Jordan Choby is promoted to group vice president, Powertrain, Toyota Motor North America, Research and Development (TMNA R&D). He reports to Shinichi Yasui, executive vice president, TMNA R&D. Choby previously served as vice president, powertrain control, TMNA R&D.
- Kim Cockrell is promoted to group vice president, chief human resources officer, TMNA. She reports to Chris Reynolds, executive vice president and chief administrative officer, Corporate Resources, TMNA. Cockrell previously served as vice president, human resources team member engagement, TMNA.
New Assignments:
- Craig Grucza takes on a role as executive advisor, human resources, TMNA. He reports to Chris Reynolds, executive vice president and chief administrative officer, Corporate Resources, TMNA. Grucza previously served as group vice president, chief human resources officer, TMNA.
- Monte Kaehr takes on a role as group vice president, Vehicle Development and Engineering, Toyota Motor North America, Research and Development (TMNA R&D). He reports to Shinichi Yasui, executive vice president, TMNA R&D. Kaehr previously served as group vice president, Advanced Mobility Research and Development, TMNA.
- Jeff Makarewicz takes on a role as group vice president, Technical Resources, Toyota Motor North America, Research and Development (TMNA R&D). He reports to Shinichi Yasui, executive vice president, TMNA R&D. Makarewicz previously served as executive advisor to the Corporate Strategy and Planning office at Toyota Motor North America (TMNA). Makarewicz also served as a group vice president at TMNA R&D.
- Kristen Tabar takes on a role as group vice president, Advanced Mobility Research and Development, TMNA. She reports to Shinichi Yasui, executive vice president, Toyota Motor North America Research and Development (TMNA R&D). Tabar previously served as group vice president, Vehicle Development and Engineering, TMNA R&D.
Toyota Financial Services Executive Changes
Promotions:
- Nate Litton is promoted to group vice president, chief data and analytics officer effective September 26, 2022. Nate reports to Mark Templin, president and chief executive officer, TFS USA. Nate previously served as vice president, chief data and analytics officer.
New Assignments:
- Ellen Farrell takes on a role as group vice president and chief legal, compliance and administrative officer, TFS effective October 24, 2022. Ellen reports to Mark Templin, president and chief executive officer, TFS USA. Ellen previously served as group vice president and chief legal and compliance officer, TFS.
