–  U.S. Attorney John Lausch will leave his prosecutor role in Chicago in early 2023 for the private sector. Lausch was initially AG Garland’s pick to investigate whether President Joe Biden improperly handled sensitive government documents but he turned down the role.

–   Longtime Harvard Law professor Laurence Tribe joined litigation firm Kaplan Hecker & Fink as of counsel.

–  Proskauer’s former COO Jonathan O’Brien asked a federal judge to reject claims that he stole the law firm’s trade secrets, accusing Proskauer of filing a ‘vindictive’ and ‘baseless’ lawsuit to deter others from quitting the firm.
