INEOS Holdings Limited today announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, INEOS Finance plc, has priced its offering (the “Offering”) of senior secured notes due 2028 in two tranches: $425 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% senior secured notes due 2028 and €400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior secured notes due 2028 (collectively, the “Notes”).  INEOS Finance plc intends to use the proceeds from the Offering together with the proceeds from an additional term loan borrowing and cash on hand to (i) repay the existing senior secured term loans due 2024 under the credit agreement dated as of April 27, 2012 (as amended and restated), (ii) for general corporate purposes and (iii) for payment of the related transaction fees and expenses (collectively, the “Transactions”).
