European Commission Speech Brussels, 09 Mar 2023 Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans held the opening speech at the 2023 Cycling Industries Europe Summit in Brussels. He announced that to promote cycling in Europe, the Commission will propose this summer a European Declaration on Cycling.
