Restaurants from Bangkok claim both the No.1 and No.3 spots, with Le Du and Nusara, respectively. Le Du, led by chef Thitid ‘Ton’ Tassanakajohn, presents a modern take on refined Thai food interpreted through a French-leaning lens.
