Biggest Gains in Financial Strength in the Management Top 250
The Management Top 250 ranking, developed by the Drucker Institute, measures corporate effectiveness by examining performance in customer satisfaction, employee engagement and development, innovation, social responsibility and financial strength. Exxon’s financial-strength score improved 42.9 points, to 81.3, Chevron added 29.8 points to its score in the category, to 72.9, and ConocoPhillips’s score rose 28.2 points to 67.1.
