Sirius XM Finance Chief Sean Sullivan to Step Down
The chief financial officer of Sirius XM Holdings Inc. is stepping down to pursue another opportunity and will be succeeded by the company’s controller, the satellite-radio company said Tuesday. Sean Sullivan, who has been financial chief since October 2020, is leaving the C-suite for another job at a public company outside of the industry, Sirius XM said. Thomas D. Barry, senior vice president and controller since 2009, has been tapped to succeed Mr. Sullivan in the role on April 28, following the release of the company’s first-quarter earnings.
