It’s really hair-raising. Bayern are only playing a draw at home and Dortmund could catch up with them in the table. They haven’t been that close to their big rivals for ten years after 28 match days of a season. But what happens? The Black and Yellows messed up a 2-0 lead in Stuttgart. They even lead 3:2 again in stoppage time, but concede the equalizer again. The 2022/23 Bundesliga season is not for the faint-hearted.
Our Opel Post betting game isn’t either. Actually. But it never ceases to amaze how coolness prevails in the end. “Klennschi” for example. He guesses, apparently without any emotion, just a draw. 1: 1, and that nine times. And with that he secures the day’s victory.
Because the Bundesliga clubs drew six times on matchday 28, and four times 1-1. Among them, for example, the “Iron” from Berlin, who had certainly calculated more at home against Bochum. One of the few outliers is Schalke’s impressive 5:2 against Hertha, with which they handed the Red Lantern over to the Berliners and robbed their coach Sandro Schwarz of his job.

No change in overall ranking
“BtotheF” is second on the podium, and “MAMAVICA” is third. One got 18 daily points, the other 17. For the first time in what feels like an eternity, it is not necessary to look at the overall ranking to decide a jump-off because of a tie. Sometimes nice. And in the overall standings, “jr” continues to lead, for whom nine daily points were enough to claim his place in the sun. There is also no change in the chasing positions.
