• JLR launched the Multiverse Data Fellowship programme in August 2022, using the Apprenticeship Levy and giving employees the opportunity to invest 20% of their work time into their own development.
• By bringing together employees from across the business, the programme covers the basics of data analytics through to predictive analysis, allowing them to build a holistic approach to working with data.
• JLR and Multiverse’s Data Fellowship is part of JLR’s Future Skills programme that will see 29,000 employees upskilled in electrification and digital. This includes 10,000 JLR and franchised retailer employees in the UK, and nearly 19,000 across the rest of the world trained in skills vital to electrification, digital and autonomous cars
• This underlines the company’s commitment to developing its future engineering and manufacturing skills.
