Bilimportørenes Landsforening (BIL) is the car manufacturers’ and car importers’ trade organization in Norway. Our primary task is to secure the car industry’s framework conditions through our work and in close dialogue with the members and the authorities. BIL has a solid position thanks to fact-based work over many years.
This is the job: In the role of service market manager, you will be responsible for BIL’s work in the areas of service market, heavy vehicle/commercial vehicle, as well as technology and engineering.
The car industry is undergoing major changes. Our main goal is an emission-free road traffic for all vehicle groups. New forms of mobility, digitization of work processes and customer journeys, as well as new business and distribution models characterize the industry, which is undergoing major restructuring.
We are looking for you who can lead BIL’s work within the service market in a professionally strong and engaging way. Together with skilled colleagues, members and alliance partners, you will work interdisciplinary with knowledge transfer to the member companies, as well as dialogue with the authorities on framework conditions and development of regulations. A lot will happen here in the coming years, not least on the commercial vehicle side. You will be given administrative responsibility for BIL’s specialist groups for the service market and heavy vehicles. Increased customer loyalty and electrification of the service market as well as a focus on the claims area are also important tasks.
This is you: BIL is looking for a person with experience and expertise from the service market and technology. You should have insight into digital systems and processes, omnichannel customer experiences and workshop operations. We would like to see that you have a relevant higher education. As a person, you are open and enjoy building relationships. You are able to create activity and enthusiasm that brings others with you.
