Sept 5 (Reuters) – Verizon Business Network Services, a unit of the telecom giant, has agreed to pay $4,091,317 to resolve false claims act allegations that it failed to “completely satisfy certain cybersecurity controls” related to an IT service provided to federal agencies, the U.S. Department of Justice said on Tuesday.
