The healthier gambling behaviour effect after interventions was 87.4 per cent compared to 86.7 per cent in the preceding quarter. This enhanced post-intervention result reflects sustained and dedicated efforts over time. Kindred Group plc’s (Kindred) share of revenue from harmful gambling showed a minor reduction to 3.1 per cent (Q3 2023 3.3 per cent) in the fourth quarter of 2023. Encouragingly, the percentage of detected customers who exhibited improved behaviour after interventions rose to 87.4 per cent (compared to 86.7 per cent in Q3). This sustained positive trajectory in the improvement effect after interventions, observed over an extended period, serves as a testament to the unwavering dedication and collective efforts of the entire company. It reflects Kindred’s ongoing commitment to fostering positive change within the industry.
