June 11 event will feature a new bus equipped with Zum’s tech and safety features
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., June 7, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Zūm, which was recently awarded a five-year transportation contract from Santa Barbara Unified School District (SBUSD), will host a fifth hiring event for school bus drivers on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Courtyard Oxnard Ventura (600 East Esplanade Drive, Oxnard, CA).
Zūm, which was recently awarded a five-year transportation contract from Santa Barbara Unified School District (SBUSD), will host a fifth hiring event for school bus drivers on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Courtyard Oxnard Ventura (600 East Esplanade Drive, Oxnard, CA).
Existing drivers and new candidates are encouraged to apply. Zum also welcomes candidates from Ventura, Oxnard and other neighboring communities to join its team of drivers. Drivers from neighboring communities will be provided complimentary daily shuttle service to and from work.
For the first time, a brand new Zum school bus fully equipped with all of Zum’s new technology and safety features will be on the ground and available for a tour at this event. Zum is hiring 46 school bus drivers to serve the SBUSD community beginning in the 2024-25 school year.
