PITTSBURGH, June 17, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — “While attending church, we noticed many elderly parishioners who struggled to stand while seated in the pews. We thought there could be an improved mobility aid to help,” said one of two inventors, from Strongsville, Ohio, “so we invented the EASY AMBLER. Our design would increase stability and prevent falls, especially when rising from a seated position.”
The invention provides an improved mobility aid to assist the user when walking or standing from a seated position. In doing so, it would combine the attributes of a cane and a walker. As a result, it offers added stability, and it increases safety. The invention features a versatile and lightweight design that is easy to use so it is ideal for individuals who require mobility aids such as canes and walkers, including those who attend church. Additionally, a prototype is available.
The original design was submitted to the Cleveland sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
