InventHelp Inventors Develop New Wireless Patient Monitor MBQ-517

PITTSBURGH, July 18, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — “We wanted to create an improved wireless vital sign monitoring system for in-patient hospital and nursing home use,” said one of two inventors, from New York, N.Y., “so we invented THE HUB. Our design could help to minimize disruptions to continuous patient monitoring versus wired EKG monitors.”

The invention provides a new wireless monitor for hospital patients. In doing so, it would collect EKG, blood pressure and pulse oximetry data. It also would send data to a bedside monitor and/or nurse station monitor. As a result, it could improve the level of care provided to patients. The invention features a wireless and wearable design that is easy to use so it is ideal for hospitals. Additionally, a prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.

The original design was submitted to the Manhattan sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
