TE Connectivity announces pricing of $350 million 4.625% senior notes offering

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, July 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: TEL) (“TE Connectivity”) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tyco Electronics Group S.A. (“TEGSA”), has priced an offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.625% senior notes due 2030.

The offer is being made pursuant to an effective registration statement filed by TE Connectivity and TEGSA on December 20, 2023, which includes a prospectus, and a prospectus supplement dated July 30, 2024.

The $350 million senior notes due 2030 will be issued at a price of 99.459% and will have a stated interest rate of 4.625% per year, payable semi-annually.

TE Connectivity intends to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of outstanding debt.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are joint book-running managers for this offering, which is expected to close on August 2, 2024.
