Financial Results for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2024For the quarter ended June 30, 2024, the company reported a net loss of $28.8 million, or a net loss per common share of $0.67, compared to a net loss of $13.1 million, or a net loss per common share of $20.86, for the same period in 2023.

During the six months ended June 30, 2024, net cash used in operating activities was $49.7 million, compared to $22.7 million for the same period in 2023.

Kyverna reported $346.2 million in cash, cash equivalents, and available-for-sale marketable securities as of June 30, 2024.
