As of today, there is a metal tariff at the Weitkowitz car supplier in Peine, up to 700 euros more per month. Employees negotiated themselves. They learned how this works at an IG Metall seminar, together with other companies in the region, FAS and Telcat Multicom, who are now also taking their tariff.
