Andelman brings over two decades of brand, marketing, and people experience leadership to the role. He began his career in the brand agency community, ultimately becoming partner of Allebach Communications, a nationally recognized brand agency serving powerhouse clients like Sabra Hummus, Utz Snacks, Pretzel Crisps, Dietz & Watson, Stetson Cologne, L’Oréal Paris, and Univest National Bank.

He later joined Power Home Remodeling as Head of Marketing, Communications, and Experience where he spent 13 transformative years. During his tenure, Power scaled from $30 million to $1.2 billion in annual revenue. Andelman led a team of 60+ creatives, strategists, and people experience professionals responsible for developing one of the most admired internal cultures in the country. Under his leadership, Power was named Fortune Magazine’s #1 Company to Work For as a Millennial, #12 on the Top 500 list, #10 on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work, and gained international attention for bold, purpose-driven campaigns such as the LeBron James-to-Philly billboard initiative.

Following Power, Andelman co-authored the Amazon Best Seller “The Lost Audience”, a deep dive into the often-overlooked internal customer: employees. He also founded HaloEffect, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies—from Fortune 500s to startups—transform their customer and employee experiences.

Andelman’s entry to Victory is the natural next step in the company’s vision to become an iconic internal and external brand built on trust, inspiration, and results.

“We’re not just building a brand—we’re building belief,” said Andelman. “Victory is a rare company. It has a soul. My mission is to help every employee feel educated, empowered, engaged, and energized to show up as the best version of themselves—and to share with the world just how extraordinary this business really is.”

As SVP of Brand and Experience, Andelman will oversee all aspects of brand strategy, communications, creative direction, and experience innovation. He will also oversee talent acquisition, people operations, engagement and culture, community impact, and learning and development as these internal brands grow.

“Bennett is a one-of-a-kind leader,” said Bill Winters, CEO of Victory Remodeling. “He blends world-class marketing and culture building expertise with a deep passion for people. His track record speaks for itself—and so does his heart. I’m confident he’ll help Victory become a brand people don’t just recognize, but truly believe in.”
