Fast-casual eatery celebrates grand opening with special promotions and giveaways
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., May 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s leading fast-casual chicken salad restaurant, announces the grand opening of its latest location in Jacksonville, marking the brand’s 40th location in Florida. Chicken Salad Chick brings flavor and excitement to Duval County and delivers on its commitment to spreading joy, enriching lives and serving others with more of its famed, made-from-scratch chicken salad. Located at 4495 Roosevelt Blvd, the Ortega Park restaurant will officially open its doors on Tuesday, June 10 at 10 a.m. District Manager Luke Rooney, General Manager Josh Parrish and the Jacksonville team will award the first 100 guests who purchase The Chick Meal free chicken salad for a year.
Aligning with the brand’s promise to give back to the communities it serves, Chicken Salad Chick will donate proceeds from opening events to Impact Clay, a non-profit organization which strives to enhance the quality of life in the Jacksonville area by addressing critical community needs, including affordable housing, unemployment, childcare, transportation and hunger.
Known for made-from-scratch chicken salad, sandwiches, soups and sides, Chicken Salad Chick provides a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy flavorful meals with family and friends. The Ortega Park location offers dine-in, delivery and takeout options, making it easy for guests to enjoy their favorite meals however they choose.

Operating hours for the Ortega Park restaurant will be Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests can enjoy signature chicken salad, fresh side salads, gourmet soups and delectable desserts, including an expanded dessert menu featuring cakes and other sweet treats.
