Confluence Point Acquires Perry’s Roofing, Launches Eastern Exterior Partners

EXP to focus on growth and acquisitions across the fragmented residential re-roofing market in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic

GREENWICH, Conn., June 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Confluence Point Holdings (“Confluence Point”), a Greenwich-based investment firm, today announced that it has acquired leading residential re-roofing contractor Perry’s Roofing (“Perry’s” or the “Company”). With this acquisition, Confluence Point launched Eastern Exterior Partners (“EXP”) to create a leading exterior home services platform in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S.

Headquartered in Pleasantville, NY, Perry’s Roofing provides roofing and related exterior replacement and repair services primarily to residential customers across New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. Perry’s is a strong and growing business poised for regional expansion. Led by industry veterans, who will remain with EXP, Perry’s has an unmatched regional reputation, carrying the 3-Star President’s Club designation (top 1% of roofing contractors) from leading American roofing manufacturer GAF. EXP will build on Perry’s record of success through continued focus on high quality and customer satisfaction and enhanced go-to-market initiatives, while retaining the Company’s strong local relationships.

Perry Verrone, Founder and President of Perry’s Roofing, said, “We are proud to partner with Confluence Point as the cornerstone of the EXP platform. Confluence Point’s growth-oriented, operator-first approach is an excellent fit for us, and we are excited to expand our business to be the leading exterior home services company in the Northeast.”

Doug Behrman, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Confluence Point said, “Perry’s Roofing is a proven company with a track record of success and is well-positioned for further expansion. Eastern Exterior Partners is Confluence Point’s first platform investment and we are thrilled to partner with the Perry’s Roofing team as well as an outstanding group of investors, including Pacific Lake Partners, HighVista Strategies, and TTCER Partners.”

The acquisition of Perry’s represents the formation of the EXP platform. EXP will continue to seek above-market growth through an acquisition strategy as well as organic and greenfield expansion throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. By focusing on the residential roofing repair and replacement market, EXP can capture significant growth potential in this highly fragmented market. Repair and replacement represent a majority of the overall roofing market and, with an aging housing stock in the Northeast, EXP sees strong long-term demand growth. EXP’s strategy will involve centralizing finance, marketing, and HR, among other back-office functions, while supporting operators to excel in their local service delivery.

“Eastern Exterior Partners’ mission is to partner with leading local brands and deliver a high-impact shared services model to optimize their growth potential,” said Alex Kerr, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Confluence Point. “With the acquisition of Perry’s, we look forward to demonstrating how EXP’s regional focus, steadfast commitment to empowering employees, and unwavering integrity will make it a distinctive partner for exterior home services companies.”
