The Inner Circle acknowledges, Stephen Goodreds Inner Circle Lifetime member

PARSIPPANY, N.J., June 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Stephen Goodreds is acknowledged as an Inner Circle Lifetime for his contributions as a Finance Leader Known for Hands-On Approach and Strategic Vision.

Stephen Goodreds is a seasoned finance and treasury professional who has built a career on precision, trust, and team-driven success. With more than three decades of experience in financial operations and strategy, Mr. Goodreds brings deep expertise in monthly reporting, account oversight, and procure-to-pay (P-to-P) systems across a national platform.

Currently working in the finance and treasury sectors, his specialty lies in both Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and treasury management. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for creating reliable systems that support long-term stability and transparency—cornerstones of his leadership philosophy.

Mr. Goodreds earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from Seton Hall University in 1990, humorously recalling that his alma mater was “robbed in March Madness.” His affinity for Seton Hall continues, as his younger son now attends the university, pursuing a degree in finance and accounting. His older son, a talented graphic artist, rounds out a family Mr. Goodreds considers his proudest accomplishment.

Beyond his technical expertise, Mr. Goodreds is known for his “roll up my sleeves” mentality—a leadership style that pairs strategic thinking with a willingness to get involved at every level. He’s proud to have built teams that trust and follow his lead, fostering a collaborative culture that drives results.

An active member of FENG (The Financial Executives Networking Group), he remains engaged in industry conversations and networking initiatives that keep him at the forefront of emerging trends.

Outside of the office, Mr. Goodreds enjoys golfing and watching baseball, pastimes that mirror his approach to work: focus, consistency, and a love of the game.

Looking to the future, Mr. Goodreds aims to expand his professional impact by pursuing opportunities that include equity or ownership. Whether in a growing firm or a strategic partnership, his goal is to continue shaping financial operations while mentoring the next generation of leaders.
