Founded by Michelin-trained chefs James Zamory, Aaron Saurer, and Sean McDermott – alumni of celebrated kitchens like Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad – Carnal first made waves in 2014 at Brooklyn’s iconic Smorgasburg.
