What happened?
On or around August 14, 2024, EmCentrix experienced a network disruption. They immediately launched an investigation and determined that some files were accessed without authorization. On June 16, 2025, the investigation confirmed that certain personal information may have been obtained and taken from those files. The personal information involved may include names, Social Security numbers, and other personal identifiers.
