WellBe Senior Medical Welcomes Dr. Michael Le as New President

CHICAGO, July 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — WellBe Senior Medical has announced the appointment of Dr. Michael Le as the company’s first President. Dr. Le brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in both clinical and operational teams within the healthcare industry.

Dr. Le co-founded Landmark Health, where he served as Chief Medical Officer, developing a new, innovative care model that prioritized 24/7 access to care for their patients in the comfort of their homes. Landmark covered over 250,000 patients in 20 states and was later acquired by a UnitedHealth subsidiary, Optum, where Dr. Le also served as Chief Medical Officer. In his most recent position, Dr. Le served as the Chief Medical Officer of WelbeHealth PACE, where he led a team of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure their patients were receiving the utmost quality of care. Dr. Le earned his Medical Degree from UCLA and his Internal Medicine Residency from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
