CANCÚN, Mexico, July 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — With the goal of strengthening the skills, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of its collaborators, the Sunset World Group is implementing the “Emprende Mujer” (Women Entrepreneur) project at its Hacienda Tres Ríos and Sunset Fishermen hotels in the Riviera Maya, and Sunset Royal and Ocean Spa in Cancún, in collaboration with the Desde Cero Foundation and the Cancun’s DIF (National Institute for Comprehensive Family Progress).
The “Emprende Mujer” (Women Entrepreneur) project encourages women coworkers with certain knowledge or skills to share them with other women coworkers in workshops with the goal of learning and starting a business, thereby generating extra income and becoming fundamental pillars of their homes and communities.
The workshops include entrepreneurship, makeup, handmade candles, glass cutting, weaving, eternal flowers, jewelry making, macramé, eyelash application, bow making, and gift-making. To conclude the workshop series, all the products created will be sold. In this way, the Sunset World Group demonstrates it values, encourages, and support the entrepreneurial spirit.
