JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga., July 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Jekyll Island Club harkens back to its Gilded Age origin August 22 – 24 when it hosts Braderie South a one-of-a-kind heritage celebration of antiques, fine art, collectibles and the exquisite work of contemporary makers all gathered under the island’s picturesque moss strewn live oaks.
Borrowing from Europe’s grand, annual street fairs and markets known as braderies, Braderie South adds an elegant, distinctly southern twist with its iconic resort location and collection of renowned antique dealers, local craftspeople, art galleries, jewelers and more. It’s a chance to stroll, savor, share stories and shop for treasures in one of the South’s truly iconic resorts.
The market is open from 10 AM to 4 PM Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24 and the first 200 guests will receive a complimentary commemorative Braderie tote. Weekend passes are $20– and single-day passes are $15 in advance.
In addition to the market, Braderie Boulevard, a waterfront exhibit of antique cars, including the club’s 1940 Buick 8, driven by Humphrey Bogart in the Maltese Falcon, will line the Jekyll Island Club wharf.
