Conference Runs October 22-24
CHICAGO, July 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Women Elevating Women (W.E.W.) Conference is back and bolder than ever. From October 22–24, women entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and visionaries will gather at The Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago for the 2025 W.E.W. Experience – a powerful, three-day event designed to ignite purpose, build connections and push women forward in business and beyond.
This year’s theme, “Steady. Steadfast. Stealth.,” is more than a mantra – but a movement celebrating the quiet power and strategic brilliance of businesswomen who are moving with intention, pushing forward with purpose and leading with a quiet force in an ever-changing world.

The event will include the 2025 Pillar Awards, recognizing trailblazing leaders selected for their exceptional contributions under W.E.W.’s five pillars of success. Also honored will be W.E.W.’s Visionary Men – champions of gender equality who actively support women’s empowerment by ensuring women have equal rights and opportunities.
