Women Elevating Women Heads to Chicago, Setting the Stage for ‘She-E-Os’ to Level Up, Build Connections and Break Barriers

Conference Runs October 22-24

CHICAGO, July 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Women Elevating Women (W.E.W.) Conference is back and bolder than ever. From October 22–24, women entrepreneurs, corporate leaders and visionaries will gather at The Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago for the 2025 W.E.W. Experience – a powerful, three-day event designed to ignite purpose, build connections and push women forward in business and beyond.

This year’s theme, “Steady. Steadfast. Stealth.,” is more than a mantra – but a movement celebrating the quiet power and strategic brilliance of businesswomen who are moving with intention, pushing forward with purpose and leading with a quiet force in an ever-changing world.

“This is about real women doing real work – showing up strong, smart and ready to grow,” said Betty J. Hines, CEO and founder of W.E.W. “We’re creating a space where these ‘She-E-Os’ can build together, level up and stay in the game. It’s all about celebrating the quiet strength, strategy and resilience that drive us forward.”

The 2025 W.E.W. Experience will highlight five key pillars: Collaborate, Communicate, Connect, Cultivate and Courage. Attendees will gain tools to scale their businesses, access capital, increase visibility and form strategic partnerships – through engaging keynote sessions, in-depth panels and interactive workshops led by powerhouse women and men who’ve built six- and seven-figure empires.

The event will include the 2025 Pillar Awards, recognizing trailblazing leaders selected for their exceptional contributions under W.E.W.’s five pillars of success. Also honored will be W.E.W.’s Visionary Men – champions of gender equality who actively support women’s empowerment by ensuring women have equal rights and opportunities.

“Whether you’re a seasoned executive or building your business from the ground up, you’ll leave empowered and equipped for your next level,” Hines added. “If you’re a woman serious about growing your business, this event is for you.”

The conference also features the Entrepreneurial Women of Impact Awards, presented in partnership with Women Presidents Organization, which honors outstanding women of color entrepreneurs across North America.
