ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The national food poisoning law firm of Ron Simon & Associates, along with Orlando-based Newsome Law, PA, has filed the first lawsuit linked to contaminated Keely Farms Dairy raw milk. The case was filed in Seminole County, Florida.
The lawsuit was filed on behalf of Rachel Maddox, who was between 19 and 20 weeks pregnant, and her son, a toddler, who became extremely ill after consuming Keely Farms Dairy raw milk. Her son, L.U., was the first to become extremely sick, and required significant hospitalization. Shortly thereafter, Rachel was also hospitalized, found to be positive for Campylobacter bacteria, developed sepsis, and lost her child. She too was hospitalized for a significant period of time.
