Robbins brings more than 20 years of experience in merchandising, sales and category development, with a proven record of driving growth and innovation across diverse industries. He joins Pep Boys following leadership roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Walmart, where he successfully guided high-volume operations in automotive, grocery, perishables, and pet merchandise divisions.
His focus is on aligning merchandising strategy with store execution, delivering products and solutions that anticipate customer needs in a rapidly changing automotive service environment. His collaborative, data-driven approach will play a key role in advancing Pep Boys’ transformation and growth.
