WOODINVILLE, Wash., Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — DeLille Cellars, a pioneer in Washington state’s wine industry, announced today that its highly anticipated University Village restaurant and wine shop, DeLille En Ville, officially opens this September. The celebration begins with a soft opening for the public on September 12, 2025, followed by a grand opening weekend from September 19–21, featuring exclusive offers and special festivities.

Guests at En Ville will find an inviting dining room designed with unique spaces for lively gatherings, intimate moments and private dining, with seating up to 231. Guests can also explore curated wine flights, perfectly paired with artisanal light bites, in its special Club Room, tucked away with moody, intimate ambiance for a speakeasy feel. The embedded café and bottle shop present an elevated selection of freshly prepared dishes, artisanal pastries, and a thoughtfully curated assortment of DeLille wines available to enjoy on-site or take home.
Inspired by the bounty of the Pacific Northwest and framed through a French culinary lens, the menu at En Ville is designed to complement and elevate the DeLille wine experience. An emphasis on seasonal ingredients and local sourcing reflects both the region’s character and the team’s commitment to sustainability.

As part of the opening festivities, DeLille also has two limited release wines, a 2023 Red Blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah offered exclusively at En Ville and a 2023 Upland Syrah available exclusively at their Woodinville Restaurant & Tasting Room.
En Ville is accepting reservations now with open hours Monday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. During the grand opening weekend, there will be plenty of reasons to stop by including giveaways, featured pours of library vintage DeLille wines and other special treats.
Located at 4601 26th Ave NE Seattle, WA, 98105, DeLille En Ville is a 6,700 square-foot space set in the prominent Southwest corner of University Village. The interior design, brand & packaging design, sourcing & procurement, and construction management was handled by Design Well Spent Company. The general contractor was Wilcox.
