Cayin’s CMS-WS solution powers 14 Samsung displays across the property, including the front office, lobby, dining areas, meeting rooms, and grand ballrooms.

This system allows the resort to welcome guests with branded messages and tailored promotions, ensuring they receive the latest information regarding spa offerings, event schedules, and dining specials.

Deployment of this project was carried out in partnership with Hola Media, a Cayin partner in Malaysia.

Hola Media delivered comprehensive integration services, encompassing solution installation, design, staff training, and ongoing support.

The company ensured that the digital signage system was effectively incorporated into the property’s workflow.

Westin Desaru Coast Resort spokespeople said: “Cayin’s system is user-friendly, easy to handle, and empowers our team to update content quickly and independently.

“It has reduced staff workload, improved communication, and created a seamless guest experience. With Cayin and Hola Media’s support, we are confident in our future-ready hospitality journey.”

The resort has seen a transformation in its operations by replacing manual updates with Cayin’s intuitive content management platform.

Staff at the property are now allowed to make rapid changes, eliminating the requirement for IT expertise, which has reduced workloads and ensured a consistent brand presence.

According to Cayin, the scalability of the technology also prepares the resort for future digital expansion.
