WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Workdry International (“Workdry”), the parent company of engineered pump rental solutions and wastewater treatment providers Holland Pump, Selwood, Siltbuster and Vanderkamp, has completed the acquisition of Atlas Dewatering, a specialist in wellpoint and drainage installations based in Port Orange, Florida.
The strategic acquisition, backed by Workdry’s majority shareholder, independent fund manager Arcus Infrastructure Partners (Arcus), strengthens the group’s position in the US market and complements its existing Florida-based business, Holland Pump, acquired by Workdry in 2024.
Atlas Dewatering has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, including the installation of sock and wellpoint systems, pump rental, and maintenance. The acquisition enables Holland Pump to provide this type of dewatering in-house, enhancing the depth of its customer offering.
Eugene G. Heldreth Jr. founded Atlas Dewatering in 1997, with his brother Mark A. Heldreth joining the team later, and Mark will remain with the business following the acquisition.
Dan Lee, CEO of Workdry International, said: “We are delighted to welcome Atlas Dewatering into the Workdry International family.
Atlas Dewatering is a long-established and well-respected business whose values align perfectly with those of Holland Pump and the wider Workdry International Group. We are pleased to welcome their team into our group as we continue our vision to be the leader in asset rental solutions for the handling and treatment of water and wastewater, driving environmental sustainability and supporting critical infrastructure through specialist, engineered asset rental solutions, in the US, UK and Europe.”
Atlas Dewatering, with Holland Pump, joins Workdry group companies Selwood and Siltbuster in the UK, and Vanderkamp in Europe.
