Establishment of Business Process Management System Initiated

On March 16 (Thursday), Mando kicked off the establishment of its Business Process Management System (BPMS).

After the establishment of the integrated system, the process assets (process classification, process specification and operation manual) of 12 functions in three operations (MDK, MDC, and MCA) were defined. The already documented process assets will allow for more effective management of the process by allowing easier composition and inspection of the process based on the system using the BPMS.

Also, information on the confirmation of processes between functions will be made easy, and will be established as an information exchange platform for company rules/business administration system processes/standard forms and such. User application convenience will be promoted to ensure that all employees can access and use information related to work processes conveniently with the BPMS.

Also, ease of process alteration/revision will be secured by systematically managing the altercation of R&R and continuously occurring enactments/revisions of processes.

The BPMS is expected to be established during the first half of 2017 through cooperation between the Innovation Center Information Operations Team, Smart Factory (operating company), BPR Team, and all function managers.
