In a letter signed by Wentzville plant executive director Eric Shelhorn and UAW Local 2250 chairman Jon Daugherty, the largest automaker of the Detroit Big Three confirmed a 20-day production halt at the assembly complex of the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. Caused by a parts shortage, the stoppage will be in place between September 29, 2025 and October 19, 2025.
