Amberjack, headquartered in Houston and run by Managing Partner Jason Turowsky, is a private equity firm that makes control investments in lower middle market businesses within the Infrastructure & Industrial Services and Waste & Environmental Services sectors. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
