■ Main Content of the Integrated Report 2025
The report is structured into three main sections: Value Creation Story, Capital Strategy for Value Creation, and Management Infrastructure Supporting Value Creation. In these, we present the initiatives on which the SUBARU Group is currently focusing its united efforts, along with strengths and the management infrastructure it has cultivated over many years.
◇Value Creation Story
In “Enhancing Relationships with Customers,” which serves as the cornerstone of value creation, we present our approach, specific initiatives, and external evaluations to help readers gain a deeper understanding of SUBARU’s value creation story. Furthermore, in response to a rapidly changing business environment, we continue to pursue “Monozukuri Innovation” and “Value Creation” with flexibility and expandability. This report consolidates our progress and the approach behind these efforts, outlining our future direction and desired state through messages from our Chief X Officers (CXOs) and related information.
◇Capital Strategy for Value Creation
In this section, we present initiatives related to the six kinds of capital that are the source of our competitiveness, with messages from some CXOs, as well as strategies and initiatives to strengthen capital in each area.
◇Management Infrastructure Supporting Value Creation
We are working to provide more multifaceted disclosures by including a roundtable discussion with outside directors on initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Board of Directors and their evaluations of the current situation.
