European Commission Press release Brussels, 11 Dec 2025 Today, the European Commission decided to refer Greece to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failing to put in place the necessary measures to design and publish performance-based navigation (PBN) procedures at Greek airports as required by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1048 (“the PBN Regulation”).
