PSA launches the Excellence Body tool for the Peugeot and Citroën brands

MADRID, May 14 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The PSA Group has launched a new project, called Excellence Bodywork, through the official services networks of the Peugeot and Citroën brands as part of its after-sales offensive of the ‘Push to Pass’ plan, with the aim of meeting expectations both of private customers as well as those of B2B operators (insurers, renters or fleets).

According to the company, Peugeot Carrocería Excellence and Citroën Carrocería Excellence have three main axes: quality, deadlines and standards.

Within the quality section, both brands will offer qualified personnel, with experience and training in new technologies, replacement of original parts and quality control of the repair and guarantee thereof.

In terms of terms, the French firms will optimize the repair times of the vehicles, as well as the period of immobilization of the same, and will provide a “more agile and quick” access to the spare parts.

Finally, regarding standards, they are committed to the optimization of administrative processes, to provide coverage of any type of repair and brand, to the cleaning of vehicles before restitution, to a wide range of mobility solutions and offer ‘online’ budgets for small interventions to individuals.
